Cancel Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@artisheek.com or contact us and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We always guarantee that you are satisfied with the orders that you have placed on the website artisheek.com. To guarantee your rights when placing the orders, please refer to our refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

We take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or subpar product, we take full responsibility for any damage incurred during production and delivery. You may be eligible for a free refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team via our email: support@posterartdesign.com. To expedite the process, kindly attach a photograph displaying the poor quality or damaged area of the item. For optimal images, lay the item flat and ensure the tag and error are clearly visible.

Once we assess your request and confirm the situation, we will promptly send you replacements. There is no need to return the defective items. We will utilize this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.

Please be aware that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure, or aftermarket modification.

Our policy extends for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.


2. Did not receive your product

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you have the right to request a refund or a replacement for your order. Simply engage with our agent and provide your order information, and we will prioritize assisting you.

Note:
Please submit your request to our team within 1 months from placing the order. After this duration, tracking information may expire, and further assistance may no longer be possible.
In the event of a refund, it will be processed and credited to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

3. Refund Time

All refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Once we issue the refund, it may take additional time for your financial institution to make the funds available in your account. Please refer to the following table for more details:

Credit card: up to 10 business days
PayPal: 3 to 7 business days
If the refund has not been posted to your account within the specified timeframe, kindly contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance.
